Welcome to Louche! These terms and conditions apply to all our products and services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Louche.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the applicability of these conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

2. Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers from Louche are without obligation and can be revoked at any time.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after Louche accepts your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All stated prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment can be made using the payment methods available on our website. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Louche strives to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM the same day. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered binding.

4.2 We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external delivery services.

4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Louche until the moment of delivery to you or a previously designated representative made known to Louche.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 3 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

5.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

5.3 After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Warranty

6.1 Louche guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for them and are free from defects.

6.2 If a product is defective, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

7. Liability

7.1 Louche is not liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products supplied by us.

7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the order in question.

8. Privacy

8.1 We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is treated confidentially. Read our privacy policy for more information.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

9.1 All legal relationships in which Louche is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

9.2 Disputes between Louche and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Louche is established, unless the law prescribes otherwise.
