• Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is reliable and cost-efficient. The cost is €4.50 for orders within the Netherlands and internationally. We offer free shipping for orders over €34.99.

Delivery times:

• Within the Netherlands: At Louche, we understand you can't wait to receive your new fragrance. That's why we ship orders placed before 4:00 PM the same day. You can usually expect your order within one business day! These are our standard shipping times; always check the checkout page for the most up-to-date shipping times. That page is valid!
• International shipping: We also ship to various countries within Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. This is usually within 1-3 days.

Order confirmation and tracking: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Returns

Returns Policy: We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product.

Return Policy:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
